Basri Simari a fluent, English, French and Arabic speaker conceived Moroccan Pad in 2006. Basri teamed up with two British property experts and has spent over a year painstakingly researching the Marrakech and surrounding area property market.

What makes us different is our attention to detail and unique perspective on the market. We have built up close relationships with the council, agents, solicitors and tradesmen enabling us to offer a full package to our clients unlike most other agents who are simply interested in selling as quickly as possible to obtain their commission! We understand that buying in a foreign country, particularly one with a totally different culture and legal system can be a daunting task and this is why we believe that our expertise and knowledge in this area is invaluable.
